Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to most countries in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific (incl Australia!) regions so everyone can dress their feet in funky fresh colours!

When can I expect to receive my order?

Your friends at Holisocks HQ make every effort to process your order as fast as possible! All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays. 

For local Hong Kong orders, we are happy to offer next day delivery! 

For international orders, we ship with FedEx International Priority® to ensure the freshness of your order. This typically takes about 3 days.

Please understand that Holisocks is not liable in respect of any shipping delays, nor of loss of any kind caused as a direct or indirect consequence due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. In these situations Holisocks will try the best to notify customer of the delay, and as feasible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with estimated delivery date.

How much is shipping?

For local Hong Kong orders, the flat rate is HK$20.

For international orders, please refer to the table below:

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do. Whenever you order 6 pairs of Holisocks in one single purchase, we throw in free FedEx International Priority® shipping for you, as our way to say thank you for your supports!



How do I pay by credit card?

We offer payment by credit card! Simply select payment via PayPal and click on “Proceed”, you will then be asked to input your credit card details on the following screen to complete your order.

What other methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.


Can I return or exchange purchased goods?

What happens if I get damaged or wrongly packaged products?

Should there be any damage or incorrectly packaged item(s), please let us know by contacting us at hello@holisocks.com - customer satisfaction is paramount to us and we will do everything possible to correct the error!


Is there a difference between men, women and children socks?

Our socks are unisex and made to wear for all genders! Unfortunately, we do not have a children’s line… yet!

What sizes do you have on offer?

Currently we offer a “one-size-fits-most” sizing.


What is the best way to preserve my Holisocks?

While our socks have been tested rigorously and have been made with the finest materials for maximum durability, you should always treat your socks gently and with care!


  • Put on and take off carefully
  • Turn them inside out prior to washing
  • Avoid tumble drying
